- What is Godspeed Digital?
- Godspeed Digital is a creative studio that writes its own code. We make content, run social, build websites and set up AI search and automations for growing businesses across Sydney, and we build the software behind it ourselves, including Momentum, the platform every client works in. Adam Sullivan started it in 2016 as Final Third Studios.
- How is Godspeed different from other agencies?
- We own our technology, so clients don't pay for a stack of software subscriptions, and we can build what a business needs instead of making do. Local creatives work in the same room as the people writing the code, so an idea goes from a shoot to a page to an automation without changing hands. And we think in revenue, not just reach. One promise on top: if we get comfortable and stop adding value, we'll tell you, and we'll leave.
- What retainers do you offer?
- Three, each priced from a monthly figure excluding GST. Content, from $2,500 a month: shoot days and social, planned, captioned, scheduled and reported. Content and growth, from $4,500 a month: everything in Content, plus websites, SEO and AI search, and email. Whole team, from $7,500 a month: everything in Content and growth, plus AI automations and design. Every retainer includes Momentum and runs month to month. Website builds can also be a one-off project.
- How do you work?
- Three steps, every time. Strategy: we start with the story, what you have to say and who needs to hear it. Create: content, design and campaigns at pace, with a human on every creative call. Grow: we publish, measure and refine every week, and pour the wins straight back in.
- What tech do you use?
- Claude, from Anthropic, for AI across planning, writing, code and research, with a person making every call. Momentum, our own platform, for every client's plan, approvals and results. Granola for meeting notes, Notion for tasks and planning, and Wispr Flow for dictation. Zernio and Metricool for scheduling and analytics, Canva and DaVinci Resolve for design and editing, and Klaviyo for email. Astro and Vercel, Squarespace, Shopify and WordPress for websites, with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for search. We shoot mostly on iPhones, with Sony and DJI cameras when a job needs them.
- Who is on the team?
- A small core team led by Adam Sullivan, our founder, covering strategy, camera, editing, design, web and development, with freelancers brought in for each job. Everyone works on real client work, and nobody charges hours that don't need working.
- What's your philosophy?
- A creative idea that loses money isn't a creative idea, it's just a bad idea. We back big creative swings and always bring them back to commercial sense. AI is the speed in Godspeed: it does the heavy lifting, and a person makes every strategic and creative call.
- What are your values?
- Marketing for good. We love working with brands that make their community better: health, food and drink, families and local clubs. We compete and we work hard. We don't work with sports betting or gambling, mining or gas.
- Who do you work best with?
- Ambitious, growing businesses whose owners can see the opportunity but don't have the time or the team to act on it, and don't want to build an in-house team. We're strongest with consumer brands like clinics, gyms, venues, breweries and clubs, and B2B and tech companies work well too, like Jiffi. A business that only wants to cut costs, with no plans to grow, is usually not a fit.
- Where do you work?
- Across Sydney, from the Harbour Bridge to the Royal National Park: the CBD, Redfern, the Inner West and the Sutherland Shire. We shoot on location, and we bring in freelancers in other capital cities for projects.
- Do you lock clients in?
- No. Every retainer is month to month, on both sides.
- How do we start?
- Email Adam at adam@godspeed.digital with a line about your business and what you'd like to fix, or build your quote on this page for a rough estimate first.
